Steven Harris, known professionally as Chef Etienne (that’s Steven in French), is the CEO and founder of Chef Etienne’s Sorrel drink. With a passion for making creative dishes and nutritious beverages, Chef Etienne decided to bring a centuries old traditional drink known in the Caribbean as Sorrel (Also known in many West African countries as Zobo and Bissap drink), to the market for all to enjoy.

Chef Etienne’s Sorrel Drink was officially launched in February 2019 and is currently being sold in over 20 stores and counting across the boroughs of New York City as well as Long Island.
